1.頒獎典禮日期：5月31日(星期五)12:30，請於11:30-12:00報到

2.頒獎典禮地點：理學大樓1樓國際會議廳

3.全部參賽者應公開壁報展示及本人親自出席頒獎典禮，特優及第一名應在頒獎典禮公開口頭發表一分鐘的主要論文貢獻,若無法配合，得取消其得獎資格。

(得獎名次將於頒獎典禮當日公布，請全部參賽者皆須準備口頭發表1分鐘。)

4.特別注意：全部參賽者須於頒獎典禮當日全程參與，若無法配合，視同棄權，取消其所有獲獎資格。

1.Awards Ceremony Date: May 31 (Friday) 12:30-14:00, please register at 11:30-12:00

2.Place:  International conference hall, the first floor of Building of College of Science  

3. The winners of the high distinction award and 1st winner will give a 1-minute oral presentation on his/her award paper. 

4.All finalists are required to participate the Awards Ceremony. The prize will be canceled if no show.
